Although I ultimately didnt go through his company, he was incredibly helpful after I had a bad experience with another plumber. From the beginning, he treated me like a person rather than just a potential client and genuinely went above and beyond to help me.After another plumber left me with a major plumbing issue, Chase took my call even though he was already busy. He gave me a second opinion, came out to my house himself, and took the time to look at the situation firsthand. He didnt just look at the pictures I had sent, he actually came out, assessed the damage, explained what had happened, and gave me honest advice on how to move forward.What stood out most was that he was willing to help me in any way he could, even if it didnt result in him getting the job. I ultimately had to file an insurance claim because of the situation I was left with, and looking back, I genuinely wish I had gone with Chase from the beginning. His quote was extremely fair, and I believe choosing him initially would have saved me a significant amount of money, stress, and headaches.I had to deal with the consequences of this situation for three days without water, which was incredibly difficult. Due to the complexities of my older property and septic system, the cause of the blockage was not easy to diagnose. I was impressed that Ryan stayed patient and used creativity to camera the sewer line from a few locations to map the underground path of the lines and what was affected vs unaffected.
