We have dogs and a lot of dog hair. The technician said it would take 45 minutes. He was here for a total of 20 minutes and did an excellent job. My only question would be for senior citizens and older home owners. $189 for 20 minutes is definitely worth it. We are not in a 2 story and our dryer location is easy.

Very dirty vent, filled with lintTristan cleaned it beautifullywill be using them again on a regular basisnice to have peace of mind that possible fire has been averted, since dryer fires are quite dangerous

Moved into a new home and didn't know if the dryer vent had ever been cleaned. DVSH (Tristan) came out next day and saved me a bit of money by finding my side vent when I thought I had a roof vent!
