Jeremy was the BEST ... on Thumbtack he is labeled as a handyman but he literally can do anything. He was on time, professional and ended up doing all kinds of things when we moved in (installed 8 ceiling fans - some very high, hung heavy items on walls, moved light sconce/electrical box locations) and he was so fast and efficient. We had lots of different contractors here and he actually helped them out on occasion. So great to work with and a great economical choice. Highly recommend.

Ivan did such a great job. I had a time crunch and he was able to squeeze me in and did a fantastic job on top of it! I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and budget conscious contractor. I will use him again and again.

Daryll is very professional, honest, affordable and communicates very well. We hired him to do a difficult drywall job which turned out really good. He does great work and we will definitely be using him again. Good contractors and handyman are hard to come by!

Phase 1 of our project that mainly consisted of adding 47 sheets of sheet rock, mud work and texturing ceilings and walls has been completed today. Other jobs surrounding this work were addressed and properly done - some of which were unpredictable in nature and developed "as we went". Very happy with Jeremy's work ethics, follow-through, timeliness and foresight. I am moving to phase 2 of my remodel in a South Scottsdale 50s home from the 50s. I would not think of hiring anybody else but Jeremy and his crew. Fair and competitive price. After many contractors who tried to screw me over Jeremy is a breeze of fresh air. Project length was 2 weeks. Thanks, Jeremy. Great pleasure working with you!

Dave was on time and on budget, This means everything! His work was quality and he is very professional. Responds quickly when texted or called. There is nothing worse than not having communication with contactors during a project. Arrived to look at job and started within a few days and was there until finished. As the owner and the person who bid the job he was also the person on the job every day with his crew. I would highly recommend him, being a superintendent for a mechanical contractor I don't just say things like this unless deserved.

Mike from Fineline was the first contractor to respond to my Thumbtack post, and I'm so glad he did. Our electrical project of upgrading the service to 200A turned into rewiring the entire house due to the shoddy and dangerous work he discovered had been done previously, and we are so thankful that Mike was the guy on this job. He is highly thorough and skilled, and takes pride in the quality work he does. We can sleep at night knowing that our house is now done right. Mike's prices are very fair, and he is the only electrician we will be calling for any electrical work we need done in the future.

EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!

Wow... great contractor! Ilie runs the company and does the majority of work himself with a few dedicated specialists (plumber, painter, etc.). He does the tile work himself. We hired him for a master bath remodel. On time, honest and on time. His prices were reasonable compared with some other quotes we received. But he's also a real old-world style craftsman dedicated to quality and pride in his work. We already are considering hiring him for another project. I was concerned initially because his regular website appeared offline, but it turns out he's so busy with referrals from Thumbtack and another site he doesn't even need to keep a separate site running since he can only do one job at a time. So glad we hired him!

I got a special deal from AAA for two hours of general contractor work from Global Prevention Services. We have a stucco wall that's about two feet high around a courtyard in front of our home that had a large crack in it, and two hours seemed about right for someone to fill in the crack and paint the wall. The man who came was eager to get the job done, gathered the filler and paint and went to work. Before he painted, he showed us the repaired seam and explained what he had to do since the crack was rather wide. He was competent, friendly and efficient, and if we need a contractor in the future, we won't hesitate to call Global Prevention Services.

We have hired contractors before but none have exceeded expectations like HCN Home Improvements. We were very particular and specific with what we wanted and we are ecstatic with their communication, timeliness, performance, and value. The project was for an addition but they made it look like it was part of the original floor-plan. We have hired them for additional projects and are looking for others. They ROCK!

David and crew has been maintaining our yard each week for the past few months. The yard looks neat and tidy. He's helped us with general maintenance as well as new plantings. David also keeps us in the loop, he made sure we knew when our watering system box was going bad. Thanks David.

I recently had my roof replaced at my rental property. The owner Jack, at Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. was very professional, gave me a good quote, was very responsive to my many questions and was great to work with. Throughout the process he sent pictures of the work being done. I have worked with many contractors in the past and by far Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling have been the best. I highly recommend them.

George is the most honest contractor I have ever met. He came by to give us a quote for a new roof and told us we do not need one. We were prepared to purchase a roof so this is a pleasant surprise. I'm a realtor and will be recommending George to my clients. Thanks George for being a good honest person!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Brock answered questions quickly, arrived on time and was really pleasant to be around. The rock entry he did exceeded my expectations and was by far the most reasonable quote I got. I will definitely be using Casacrafters again in the future.

Anthony was wonderful. He is very polite, professional, very respectful and true to his word. He came on time, and finished the project on time. He exceeded our expectations, and was able to repair and complete all the unfinished work our previous contractor had left unfinished. We will definitely hire him again, and we highly recommend him.

It's nice to work with people that do what they say, know how to keep a calendar, and understand the difference between craftsmanship and lowest bidder.

We have not yet officially chosen Arcadia Design as our General Contractor, as we are obtaining a second opinion as part of our own due diligence, but I can say that it has been a pleasure to work with Michael to date. He is very knowledgeable in his field and very professional. He has answered all of our questions and has made this process thus far, very easy. I have no doubt that if we chose him for our contracting needs, we will not be disappointed!

Jake and Yossi are real pros and extremely honest. I needed a contractor bad and was in an emergency situation with a city of Tempe building department and permits. Jake and Yossi had an opportunity to charge me a lot, but instead they were extremely honest and professional. They finished the work before the due date and did AMAZING! I couldn’t see my self finishing this job with someone else, Jake was so patient and understanding, he worked with my schedule and my budget and seemed like he’s enjoying every minute of work. Everything went smoothly. I was so impressed by the workmanship and calm during the process. highly recommend them! Wouldn’t touch anything without talking to these guys first.

I can't say enough good things about Ikea Specialist. Kiko arrived as promised and did an outstanding job. The work is very professional and the finished product is perfect. Our plumbing didn't match up to our initial design as we had the house replumbed, and Kiko was able to move the cabinets to perfectly fit. I highly recommend him. He worked straight through until the job was finished. One of my best experiences ever hiring a contractor. He even did ikea cabinets in our bathroom which wasn't part of my initial request. Neil
