- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your event and expectations for for your look. Bridal preview fee is reduced with a paid booking. Email for more details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will make sure your date is available then we will schedule a trial or a complimentary consultation to discuss the desired look and address any concerns. I will evaluate your skin and hair and make recommendations based on skin type and length and texture of hair. We will also address expectations, the feel of the wedding and what you want for your bridal party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Leah attended Baldwin Beauty School in Austin, Texas in 1993. My education is ongoing and I regularly take classes to update product knowledge, trends and techniques. My work has been published in numerous magazines including local and national publications.
