- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were recently contacted by a seller that had been referred to us. She owned a Patio home in a retirement community and wanted to prepare it as a product on the market. Since the market is tough right now, she knew she wanted her well kept home to stand out from the competition. First, we had a fresh coat of paint in a neutral beige, and a couple of accent walls painted. Next we painted her dated white washed furniture a rich espresso brown to bring in the 'Pottery Barn' look. We finished the look by adding a few updated art pieces and accessories, a large rug to anchor the living room. The house went from Grandma's home to a chic, updated property in just a few days. We had multiple offers the first weekend even in this market!

Call references. Ask to see before and after photos of their work.
