I started working out with Kaelin in April 2023 and I started seeing results just one month in. I began training 2 times a week and recently have bumped that up to 3 times a week. Kaelin continues to motivate me as she hasn’t let me give up on my weight loss journey. She pushes you to challenge yourself and gain confidence in the gym. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Kaelin far after I reach my weight loss goals. :)

I have a mixed relationship with exercising. Because I didn’t grow up very active, working out isn’t innate to me. I’ve always experienced gym anxiety in a standard gym setting. Ive tried various workout classes (I.e. yoga, Pilates, hiit, spin, etc.) and nothing seemed to stick or motivate me to consistently return. Kaelin is the second personal trainer I’ve worked with and I truly don’t have enough positive feedback to deliver. Aside from making me feel extremely comfortable, Kaelin’s workouts are diverse and challenging. I’m always breaking a sweat in the best of ways. She includes weight lifting, body weight exercises, hiit, etc. Kaelin is creative and thoughtful when coming up with our daily circuits - they’re never repetitive. Aside from significant improvement in my strength/endurance, I feel as though my body composition has improved after training with her for 3.5 months, ~3 times per week. My friends and family have noticed and made remarks as well. I couldn’t recommend Kaelin enough!
