- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we all take classes at conferences, webinars, and college. We also teach investigations to investigators so we are probably one of the most up to date agencies in the state. Dana Young is also on the Board of the state investigation association AALPI. Part of her roll as President is to help set up education for conferences and luncheons.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Adoption locates & reunions, background checks for relationships or employees, divorce issues, infidelity, ID Theft, dating fraud, fraud rings, locating old friends or people that owe clients money, asset location...
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a modification of support case for a client that believed their ex-spouse was cohabitating. Through our investigation we found this to be true and documented it for presentation in court. Our work saved our client $5,000 a month in spousal support and it was settled out of court. Bot hour client and their attorney were very happy.
