What a wonderful experience. Jim responded immediately and arrived shortly thereafter to assess the repair. Not only did he fix the issue on the spot, but he took into consideration how the damage occurred and repaired it in a way that it won’t happen again. A true professional.

I received multiple quotes for the repair and resealing of our foam roof. Jim was the only contractor that came out and spent the time to explain how the roof should be prepared and sealed properly. He also took the time to communicate and update us when rains delayed the project. He even went so far as to come back out after we had our ac unit replaced to ensure no damage was done to the roof during install. I am extremely happy with the service he provided and the warranty is better than anyone else we spoke with.

Jim did a great job on our roof repair. He not only fixed the specific problem, but also repaired broken roof tiles on the rest of the roof. I hope I don’t have to use a roofer again, but if I do I’ll definitely use Jim again.
