Matthew Harrison says, "The whole crew at Everest have been phenomenal. Cayden was my tech that came out and assessed my system. I knew there were a couple of things with my aging system and he caught those and a couple others. He came out for a service and was so thorough in his assessment of our system. We jointly decided it was time to replace after having pros and cons conversation. He was thorough in his recommendations for a system and the whys. He didnt try to upsell me on repairs, and didnt try to upsell me on the replacement.Install day came and Ammon, Chandler and Drew were the crew. Work started at 7:00 A.M. and they were here until near 6:30 P.M. Best part of it was they identified an issue and could have left it unresolved and things would have worked but not perfectly. They stayed on longer to troubleshoot and make sure it was done right.Ive used some of the other big box HVAC companies in the valley and know their operating models. Everest is different. Cayden didnt talk me into a new system - he worked with me to understand what repair would be, potential risks with repairs, and cost/benefits of replace. It wasnt a sales thing to meet a metric or something he was incentivized for. It was the right move for the customer.Ill not be using any of the others in local market again. As long as Everest (and Cayden) are in the market, they have my HVAC business."See more

If you are looking for a guy you can trust to be honest and give it to you straight, Brad is your guy. In a industry full of sharks, he has a custom for life.My unit is 20 years old and NEEDS to be replaced bad, but last summer after it blowing hot, Brad sent out his technician. They diagnosed the system and found a fried circuit board. Instead of insisting that the whole unit gets replaced, he found the cheapest option to keep me going. $600 bucks later, I had a cold system again."See more

It took a few hours for the temperature to cool back down to 78 degrees in the middle of summer but he saved me and my dogs! He was incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell he was honest and not trying to give me a sales pitch. It wasnt until he handed me his business card at the end that I knew that he shared a name with his familys business, and that was something I was surprised by. He led our conversation with his knowledge and kindness and not with his name. Also fixed my warm blowing A/C and its working good as new, so thats a bonus!
