It took me several years to get to the place wherein my need to file bankruptcy was greater than my fear. My divorce was problematic when, during the divorce process, my ex-husband filed bankruptcy, leaving me with all the community property debt. After our first conversation exchange, Ms. Dahlberg scheduled to see me the following evening. She immediately understood my situation within minutes, and she explained that she could have my bankruptcy “filed” as early as the next day if I had everything that was required. I DID have the documents needed, and as soon as I returned to my home that evening, I sent the documentation via email to her. In which, she immediately sent me acknowledgement of receiving it. I met with Jennifer the following day at noon to sign all the bankruptcy paperwork. It took me about an hour to return to my home, wherein there was an email from her stating, “Your case has been filed”. Jennifer is professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and very timely. Another reason I truly appreciate Jennifer is that, while examining my divorce decree, she identified another issue which she will be helping me to resolve. She was very punctual, She was very knowledgeable and she was very professional. She wasted no time getting down to business with documenting all the necessary authentication. She was very knowledgeable regarding the various documents that needed to be notarized and she was very very reasonable. I not only would recommend her but if I need another mobile notary I will look her up first. She was a real pleasure to work with.
