Chef Ana prepared a culinary masterpiece for our family dinner. Each course was right on target for the taste we expected, and the individuality of the food as requested. She is a brilliant chef - here's why: My husband hates mushrooms, but he devoured 4 of her stuffed mushroom appetizers, and was hoping for leftovers, AND I rarely order any type of steak because I love my steak cold in the middle and as rare as it can be without eating it raw. Chef Ana seared my filet perfectly - it was exactly what I ordered! The entire meal was superb. Her demeanor was personable, respectful, cheerful and attentive. Being the hostess, I thrilled at not having to do one thing, including cleaning up the kitchen. Chef Ana left my kitchen looking like no one had been there. The only trace was the minimal leftovers and the delicious scent of the meal. I highly recommend Chef Ana - my in-laws were so grateful for the private meal - it was hands down the best gift ever! Thank you Chef Ana - we are lifetime fans!

Chef Ana was amazing. From first contact she exceeded expectations. The food was delicious, I struggled to finish, but here was no way I was gointo leave anything behind. Her attitude and excitement addd to a wonderful evening.

I had Ana come to cook brunch for my friends and I during my bachelorette party, and she did not disappoint! The brunch buffet she cooked for us was absolutely incredible. I’d recommend Ana to anyone looking for a private chef in the phoenix/scottsdale area.

Chef Ana from Golden Hour Mini Cafe delivered an unforgettable dining experience at my Scottsdale vacation rental for my parents and me. From the initial consultation to her engaging onsite visit, her communication was impeccable and made planning a breeze. Every dish was crafted with care— the salmon was perfectly cooked, and her signature crème brûlée was a delightful showstopper.
