- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 per hour, a slight discount if purchasing a 12 session package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation includes fielding any questions or concerns and going over limitations. We will do a short workout that includes some strength and cardiovascular assessments. After committing to a training program, we will do a Tanita body scan, build a 12-week program, and schedule upcoming sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Anatomy and Physiology coursework at the University of Arizona. Mentored with former UofA strength coach. Worked with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes.
