FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our bidding process is quite simple. We have developed a ballpark price for most of the home remodeling and repair jobs that we encounter regularly, and it is solely based on square/linear footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down with our customer and hear their vision of the project and their desired outcome. We can then give an accurate estimate which we can usually do on the spot. Next a contract is drawn up that details the project and how we are going to accomplish each step. It also lays out the expected pay schedule and timeline for the project, as well as a start date. Once the contract is signed, we pretty much follow exactly what the contract stated unless we run into unforeseen issues. Once the job is done, we like to keep in touch with our customers and will frequently send out an email asking if they have any issues with our work. If so, we go fix it. That's about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every new job site we visit presents an opportunity to increase our knowledge and skills. And not one of the team members would ever say that they know everything about anything. We are all of the same mind: to do the job to the best of our abilities, all the while looking for. and seizing the opportunities to make our best even better.
