Steven from Garage Depot did the job of replacing a broken spring, adding a second spring, a torsion bearing very quickly. My garage door works well. Garage Depot arrived within an hour of the time I submitted a request for help. The garage was repaired within an hour. Great job, Steven. The price quoted before work started was $750. After the work was completed, I was first told my bill would be $837. I asked about the increase. Steven brought the price down to $800.

Brandon was excellent. He was very thorough in his work. He had the best offer among all and knew exactly what was required to be done. There was an issue due to my mistake that made the garage opener not closing properly. He worked with me over phone to get the device reset.

He came as soon as my new opener was delivered, arrived EXACTLY on time, and he did a fantastic job… even helped me with something that had nothing to do with the new opener. I can't say enough about Brandon. He was terrific.
