Elizabeth T. says, "Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family. UPDATE: Ricardo came back due to an error on my part and adjusted the gas line. He was prompt, quick, explained everything he did and did another excellent job. He and the company are my heroes for fixing my error quickly. They are my plumbers for any future projects."See more

Ricky Coon says, "Hydro Rooter did an awesome job! Jake couldnt have sent a better team to address my sewer issues. He provided me with expert advice on how to approach my plugged drain issues. After all utilities were located his team; Chris, Billy and Martin executed a well thought out plan. Because my aged plumbing system had no clean outs they had to dig down to the main line and install a bidirectional clean out. Chris and Billy made short work of digging and exposing the offending pipe. All three shared in the process of installing the clean outs. Once installed Martin hydro-jetted the stubborn clog and my drain was open!Its a pleasure to see a crew work harmoniously to accomplish a goal. These guys clearly enjoy their work and take pleasure ensuring their customers are happy. I would recommend Hydro-Rooter; Jake, Chris, Billy, and Martin to everyone ."See more

He could not explain what I was being charged for as far the break down of his services, how much to install the toilet and his service fee. I spoke to Yaya the office manager had the owner contact me. He was very helpful and honest. He looked at my bill and broke down the cost and corrected my bill.
