- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we gather all necessary information to make our presence as streamlined as possible. First we allow the customer to give us a tour of their property and show us the work they need done. Whether it be a one time cleanup, and initiating routine maintenance. Once everything is reviewed and questions and concerns have all been addressed we then give our proposal. If they're happy with the price and would like to move forward, we'd collect a name, phone number, address, and email to create an invoice. This allows payment options to be streamlined and convenient as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly educating and refreshing ourselves on safety, efficiency, and proper techniques in the industry of arboriculture using credible and qualified online resources.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My brother and I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2021 I was an EMT in the emergency department for 3 years and he had just graduated high school. We decided that we wanted to build something for ourselves and pursued what we knew best from when we were kids, Landscaping. We've been growing our business ever since.
