- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to active military, veterans, police, fire, and EMS personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a potential client with reach out to us in need of landscape maintenance. We’ll set up and date and time over the phone and put them in our calendar. On the day of the estimate, we’ll allow the customer to give us a tour of their property and show us the work they need done. Once everything’s been reviewed we’d provide them with a quote. If they’d like to move forward with the job, we’ll set up another date and time to carry out the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly educating and refreshing ourselves on safety, efficiency, and proper techniques in the industry of arboriculture using credible and qualified online resources. We also collaborate with reputable and experienced companies within our area and industry.
