- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things 1st after our initial phone conversation with you getting to know a bit about me and I getting an idea of your active lifestyle and fitness goals we set a time and place to meet. Once we meet I would put you through a very quick functional movement screen to see how your body moves, after the screening we would talk about cost and things moving forward...because every body's body is creatively their own so would their programming to health and fitness.

I've had and have the privilege with working with all type of training styles from children to seniors because I love what I do on all leaves of physical fitness health and wellness.
