Introduction: Have you ever seen your voice? At Cynthia Robinshaw Voice and Piano Studio I improve your voice by using not only my years of experience in teaching voice and piano but innovative software that visually displays breath, pitch, loudness, timbre and pitch in real time. I help the most desperate of singers to those who have won national competitions and with my help were accepted into some of the finest music schools, conservatories, and colleges around the world. All Voice and Piano lessons are geared toward paring instrument with knowledge of music history and music theory, thus creating a musical knowledge base. Also I specialize in vocal rehabilitation for those with vocal nodules, polyps, and other issues relating to speech and voice. Every student learns differently so I work with each student to develop their skills the best way they learn and incorporate that knowledge into the lesson. My greatest enjoyment is to watch my students succeed. Recently an autistic student performed and received a superior rating in Solo and Ensemble Competition. She was later accepted and performed in Arizona All-State this year. I really get excited hearing my students develop the skills I teach them and demonstrate them at recitals, at college auditions, or in their community. I love what I do and I hope that you will too.
