- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We, as a couple, teach the kind of Argentine Tango dancing style that 7 out of 10 "porteños" (Buenos Aires' residents) dance. We learned to dance tango in Buenos Aires "milongas" in the 1950s. We have been teaching Argentine Tango Dancing for 16 years.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Hector is a Classic Argentine Tango Dance Instructor, Argentine Tango Music, History and Culture Workshop Instructor, Writer, Spanish-English Bidirectional Translator, and Spanish Literature and Conversational Spanish Teacher. This is my current life by my own choice In my prior life I was an Instructor for Executive Level Courses in the U.S. and abroad (loved it) and Engineering and Manufacturing Manager with consulting overseas experience in Mexico, Taiwan, Singapore. My next life? I am working on it, more writing for sure." Lidia and Hector Hector and Lidia moved to Tucson from Rhode Island in the year 2000. They learned to dance ArgentineTango in Buenos Aires in the 1950's. After many years of raising kids and paying bills, they decided to return to ArgentineTango in the 1980's, after their children finished college. Lidia and Hector are Argentinean born US Citizens and SaddleBrooke, AZ residents who travel once or twice a year to Buenos Aires to dance Argentine Tango, to participate in International Argentine Tango Festivals, and to further refine their Argentine Tango teaching skills while exchanging ideas and exploring opportunities conversing in Lunfardo laced Castilian Spanish with Porteño (Buenos Aires residents) Argentine Tango connoisseurs. We have been teaching Argentine Tango History, Culture and Dance since 1997.
