FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not charge more that we need. After the project is done, I understand that you will still have to survive. I may do this for a living, but I am not trying to get rich off of the misfortune of others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
assessing what all the customer wants done, not just needs so we can find a way to get it all done their way as efficiently as possible. Then getting it done to their desired result as quickly as possible. I work for the customers, so they call the shots. If you have insight, I am not against hearing it. I don't know everything, but I love to learn, so if you have something to tell me so that it is done your way, i will be happy to listen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal in class education is in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, marketing, chemistry, accounting, as well as a plethora of others for various invention purposes. Everything else was on the job training in Master/apprentice settings.
