Summer has been lifting weights and conditioning herself through speed/endurance efforts for more than 23 years. With an extensive background in military, law enforcement and physical fitness, Summer specialized in Sports training, tactical conjugate training, and women's fitness. Summer is certified conjugate tactical coach and Gym Jones intermediate certified. She is a competitive NPC bikini athlete who knows what dedication to health and aesthetics is all about. Coach Summer knows her desire in building a better mind and body go hand and hand with her other desires to help her clients achieve their goals; whether its building younger athletes to get them to the next level of their careers to others wanting to be fit and healthy and enjoy life. She will always continue to grow and add more to the gym through concrete fitness applications, up coming continued education and sound advice to help train strengthen and mentor her people
