- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a quick chat or text to set up an appointment. Once we meet, I find out if they have any alignments and then I work on understanding their bodies and goals to achieve the best workout and outcome. I’ll then take them through a workout, generally with deep stretching at the end. I always do a check in with them the next day to see how they feel from our session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two certifications, one in Pilates and another in Gyrotonic. I also have continued education over the years in both modalities which enhance my sessions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started taking Pilates and loved the way it made me feel. It inspired me to start teaching to help others feel stronger, more flexible and rejuvenated.
