I’ve been in business for about 4 years now. I hold a bachelors degree in kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Science. I also am NASM CPT certified. I have 3+ years of physical therapy aide experience as well. I have recently transitioned to online fitness coaching. I help clients of all levels from beginners that have never lifted weights to advanced gym goers who just need a program that will help them reach their goals.
