This was my original post in JanuaryVery pleased with the information David was very informative. I plan to use this company for many more thingsNow 2 months later I have a major problem with the refrigerator. David came out again at the end of April and took the refrigerator apart, broke one of the parts that he said is not an issue, then believed he fixed the problem. Within 24 hours there was water on my floor again. Samsung has put in several tickets, I called David, Samsung spoke to him personally and now 3 weeks later he refuses to respond. After discussion it is very possible that he actually broke the refrigerator rather than fixed it. I was not concerned in January but become very concerned in April when he broke the screw part and complained that Samsung only pays $100 and expects service workers to spend time fixing their refrigerators. I am still working with Samsung to resolve this issue. After thinking this through David knows very basic information about Samsung refrigerators but is not really a repairman
