Our pricing depends on the size, fabric type, and condition of the item. We offer free estimates before any work begins β no hidden fees. Discounts are available for multiple items cleaned in one visit (sofa + chairs + rug). We also offer seasonal promotions for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation β by phone or message β to understand the item, fabric type, and main concerns. Then we schedule a convenient time, arrive fully equipped, and complete the job efficiently. After cleaning, we walk you through the results and make sure you're fully satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in professional upholstery and rug cleaning techniques, including hot water extraction, dry cleaning, and foam cleaning methods. We stay current with industry standards and use only certified, fabric-safe cleaning solutions.
