I've been training Krav classes elsewhere but not getting the results I wanted. Now my punches, kicks, maneuvers, and techniques are on point.

Our family has a friendly competition going called, "Who Worked Out The Hardest With Paul?" Typical boasts include: "I did more lunges than you," "I worked so hard I almost puked," and "I bench-pressed more weight than you." Essentially, we are all proud of what Paul pushes each of us to do and are very happy with the results. In fact, we are now approaching the four-year mark of our training with him for several times each week. What makes this friendly competition a bit more unusual, however, is that it crosses three generations. Our sons started training with Paul when they were 15 and 17. Now college students, they continue to train on campus, successfully utilizing the techniques that he taught them. Our eldest son was even invited to join the UCLA Powerlifting Team. My husband and I are equally enthusiastic about Paul's training approach and do everything possible to avoid missing a workout. We both feel stronger and healthier than we did a decade ago. My in-laws, who are both in their 70s, have also thrived under Paul's instruction. My mother-in-law quickly lost over 28 pounds and has maintained her weight, in addition to making excellent gains in muscle tone over the years. Not only can Paul skillfully train clients of different ages, but he also adapts to different needs and personalities, as well. He is excellent at working around assorted aches and pains, as well as speeding recovery from various medical procedures. He always keeps a fast pace and presents us with a challenging variety of exercises. All of us have accepted the fact that it is far easier to simply do whatever Paul asks than to try to argue that we cannot, even if it initially seems impossible! The amazing thing is that Paul instinctively knows each individual's potential and doesn't let anyone underestimate what he or she can do. He has a wealth of knowledge about every aspect of fitness, health and training and we have yet to stump him with any of our questions. Paul has instilled his passion for fitness in three generations of our family and we are forever grateful.
Hmmm... I'm not really sure how to write a review for this guy without sounding like a cheesy advertisement, but really, that's just how wonderful he was. I've been a long distance runner since I was 12 (I'm 26 now) and cardio has always been my preferred exercise. I've been plagued with injuries off and on for the last couple years so I decided I would give personal training a shot, learn how to sculpt and work out my body in a different way. I am so glad Manuk was up to the task. He sat me down and asked me exactly what I wanted to accomplish during our time together and what my long term goals were. He gave me an overview of what he thought the best plan was to meet these goals and always answered my persistent (and annoying) questions. One of my biggest problems with being in the gym and trying to convert to a healthier life style is accountability. I can work hard in the gym with Manuk three days a week, but it's the times that I wasn't with Manuk that made it hard because it was easy to "cheat". Manuk makes himself accessible to his clients. He encourages you to share apps such as my fitbit and my fitness pal to help with your nutrition, he encourages you to text him when you have questions... and I do mean any question. This guy even gave me tips on what booze would be least damaging to meeting my goals when it came time to go on vacation with my friends. The most helpful thing about Manuk, however, is how much he cares. There were times were I had personal things going on in my life that really affected my performance when I would meet with him, but he would be right there in that moment with me telling me he understands and encouraging me to use that in our work outs. And it worked. I, unfortunately, had to move 400 miles away for work and family, but I have yet to really click with any fitness instructor or trainer the way I did with Manuk. He's just that genuine (something I'm finding out is pretty hard to come by in this industry) and just that great.
Vinny is probably the most positive person I have ever met. Vinny is a great coach and has taught me a lot about how to really train hard. Vinny maximizes your workouts in ways i thought weren't possible. He shows great dedication in his work and has helped me with with my fitness training and getting my meal plans together. His work changes you for a lifetime, that's for sure.
Being a woman of a certain age and size, I frankly had my doubts when I met Ronnie for the first time. I couldn't imagine such a young and energetic trainer having the skills or patience to work with me. But she surprised me with her knowledge and expertise. Could not have been a better match. And her fitness class for over-60 is excellent -- and makes working out more fun! I highly recommend Ronnie as a top notch trainer!
So many times I have tried to lose the weight that I gained over the last 10 years. I wanted to feel that confidence again when I looked at my body in the mirror. I have tried many diets, gym memberships, DVDs and other trainers. I crossed paths with Meghan through my daughter and it was one of the best things that could have happen to me. I was at a low point with feeling that I was never go to lose the weight and would probably never get back the confidence. Meghan was my trainer for 4 months and in that time I found someone that not only knows whats she is talking about but each and every time I trained with her she was not only my motivational support in my physical growth but emotional as well. She helped me look in the mirror and not see all the imperfection but all the wonderful accomplishments I was making with my strength and cardio training! Meghan loves what she does and it shows in the way she lives and in the way she lets you know she is invest in YOU, it not just a job to her. She will walk you through a grocery store and teach you what to look for, she will text or email you recipes, she will educate you on workouts and she will teach you about the importance of a healthier you rather than a thinner you, that will come with just learning to be healthy. My knowledge on exercise and food has come so far and I have been working on my own using the tools she taught me to continue toward my overall goal. This time I know I will reach them and the game changer was her.
I have been working with Sandy for about two months. She has been fantastic to deal with. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and her work-outs kick butt!! Sandy has been very flexible in scheduling appointments and she is always on time. The sessions she has created for me have been an excellent mix of cardio, strength training, and AB work. None of the sessions have been boring! I highly recommend her services!!
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

Worth every penny for sure. First, the facilities at Next Level Fitness are top notch and allow for variation in exercises. Equipment very well maintained. Lee is the type of trainer who listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you achieve that. I wanted someone to motivate me and push me and he was awesome at increasing intensity when needed while being very careful about avoiding injury. Knowing that I am a runner, Lee didn't focus as much on cardio. Instead, he tackled my weaknesses by focusing on compound movements and core exercises since I'm a beginner in strength training. In short, he is not a cookie-cutter trainer. The warm up and stretch routines he taught me have been very helpful in maintaining healthy and happy joints (specially since I run frequently). Furthermore, he helped learn how to continue training on my own beyond our sessions, unlike other trainers who just want your money. I feel prepared to hit the gym on my own for a while, but I will definitely be coming back to Lee. He is very flexible with his time and will go out of his way to accommodate you. Always on time, always prepared, very organized, and overall a pleasant person to be around.
From the moment I met Idrise, I knew he was a person that could help me achieve my new goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better. I started training with Idrise in 2005. I also did my first figure show with Idrise that same year and much to my surprise I won my class in the overall and won the all around in the master division. I could not have done it without Idrises support! Be warned Idrise will tell you like it is ;) which is what I have grown to love about him. He will tell you the truth and call you out when you need to work harder and that is what you want from a trainer. But he makes working out fun and will have you laughing but most importantly inspires you to reach new goals. I have been very impressed by his passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients, almost becoming your personal life coach. He deserves the best compliments from me he rocks! I plan to be a long-term client, and more importantly, continue to be friends for life!

My focus working with Sean has been injury prevention and functional movement training. He has been realistic with our planning, patient with my progress, and supportive of my goals. I did private one on one training with Mal and she is absolutely AMAZING!! I felt really insecure about myself and Mal helped me to feel more confident. She is a trainer that will push you to help acheive your goals and whenever I wanted to give up she would find a way to motivate me whether it be doing the exercises with me or cheering me on. I have never been so sore or strong as when I was working with Mal. I HIGHLY recommend her to any one at any level of fitness, she made working out a fun experience for me! She is very knowledgeable and will explain and/or demonstrate exercises so that you execute them properly and safely. You will not regret training with Mal!!
She is a very creative and motivated trainer and knows how to train others w some fun exercises. I don't like jogging or treadmill for that I have to do like 10-20minutes. So she came up w some fun cardios to make me forget that I am training. Well training is supposed to be fun, and by having fun and often times being pushed by her, I have been losing weight and gaining a toned body. She has dance, gymnastics, martial arts skills and she is capable of mixing those exercises into our sessions. Her nutrition knowledge is great as well. Been with her for about 3months already. She motivates me and tells me that I can achieve any!!
I needed a personal trainer to come to my home and help me get back on a work-out routine. Going to school on the evenings and being a stay at home mom made it difficult to dedicate time to work-out. Pamela came to my home 2x a week for 8 weeks and motivated me to push myself for 30-min sessions. That commitment jump-started my new exercise routine which I have incorporated into my busy lifestyle. She has a firm, yet sweet approach to motivate you which is a great combination to have especially when you want to give up on the last rep! She also provides weight-training equipment such as yoga mat, weights and medicine ball. At the end of the 8 weeks, I reduced my BMI!
