- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All training is structured as ongoing coaching, not random sessions. Clients train on a consistent weekly schedule either private or semi private capped at four people per session. Pricing reflects individualized programming, nutrition guidance, progression tracking, and accountability, not just the hour in the gym. There are no long term contracts. Clients stay because the system works. Rates are transparent and discussed after we determine if it is a good fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we assess goals, training history, lifestyle, stress levels, digestion, sleep, and current structure. From there, I build a program inside a structured performance framework that includes progressive strength work, dynamic training, mobility, and practical nutrition guidance focused on hormones and gut health. We track lifts, body composition trends, energy, and recovery. The structure stays consistent. The training scales to the person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes from years of hands on coaching experience, self experimentation, and advanced study in strength training, performance programming, hormonal optimization through lifestyle, and digestive health. I have coached high volume weekly sessions across private and semi private formats and built structured systems that produce measurable results across a wide range of clients. More importantly, I have rebuilt my own health and performance from the ground up. I coach from lived experience, not theory.
