I was very pleased with this company. Their office staff was prompt in arranging a time, called me to check if I could move the time shot earlier, which it was, called me when the plumber was on his way. The plumber who did the work checked the water flow, told me it was accurate for the type of toilet we had, and provided under the deal a complete check of all our systems, including the hot water heater. I appreciated that he didn't say, "You really need this other fixture or this other appliance, too" When I suggested a new toilet he gave me choices with prices and offered to find and install the new one I chose for a great price. I am so pleased with it and with the price and the professional service by the office and the plumber, Carlos.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Heroes!! We just bought an old house which needed a laundry list of plumbing repairs (as outlined above). All communication was done by email and Carlos was very quick to respond each time. When I described our issues he said that he would like to send someone over to do a free estimate. We set up a window of 8-9 am two days later and he arrived right at 8:30. He spent 20 minutes with us going over everything that needed to be done and addressing our concerns, and we were sent an estimate 2 hours later. The pricing was reasonable so we decided to go ahead with the repairs and set up a time for the following week. They were able to finish all of the repairs in about 6 hours. They were very friendly, professional, and did great work, very neat and tidy. Overall we were very happy with their service. I will definitely use Plumbing Heroes team again!!

Wow, what HEROES!So grateful I found this company. We needed someone to come repair our water heater because we had no hot water. Plumbing Heroes were quick to reply to my request when I needed it most. Ilana was super friendly and helpful in getting me scheduled ASAP. The technician arrived on time and they were very professional. With Covid-19 I was a little apprehensive about having someone coming in the house, but they followed all safety guidelines for covid-19 making me and my family feel safe. In my opinion, they are a trustworthy company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.Thank you Plumbing Heroes :)
