Anna M. says, "We were on the fence about doing a choreographed dance … up until about 8 days pre wedding when we had decided it was a go 😅. Richard was there for us - on short notice! And with incredible flexibility to allow us to learn all the steps within a weekend’s span. He was incredibly thoughtful and professional as he listened to our vision and improvised the perfect choreography to match our music and experience level. At some points we were worried we couldn’t pull certain moves off, and Richard hyped us up and taught us exactly what to do, and how to finesse them. He had even offered emergency last second sessions if we had needed more guidance after we were off to practice but luckily we had everything we needed to cement it in! We couldn’t be more grateful for Richard, and for the moment and the memory he enabled us to have on our wedding day 💙"See more

She maintains the balance of being a professional and a friend at the same time, at all times. I've been working with Allison for about 7 months and it feels unreal what I've been able to accomplish in that time. I started working with her right after my divorce began - I had no job, felt completely disconnected with myself, and felt disconnected from a lot of friends and family.
