- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preferably, we meet up in person to do al walk through and talk about their needs , or is is not possible to do it in person I still do it over the phone, we want to be ready before the day of the cleaning for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are rated as best customer service and top 10 cleaning service on the area .. that means we are prepared and trained to give the best results to our customers.
