I bought into their Advantage Plan where they come out twice a year (once for furnace, once for a/c) to check on everything and maintain equipment. They found a couple of duct leaks which they repaired today while installing a new, quiet attic exhaust fan. Both issues (the leak, and new fan installation) were 15% off the quote since I joined their Advantage Plan. Anthony and Isaac were right on time, cleaned up after their work, and explained what work was completed (including with photos).

Vic was courteous, punctual and polite. He did a thorough diagnostic, explained everything, and fixed the problem efficiently. No strings, whistles or extra stuff I didnt need. I knew right away this was a good company when he put shoe covers on. That showed respect for my home. I will be calling on them in the future, if I need any kind of heating or AC service. And I hope they send Vic. Good man!

I would never again go anywhere else. Our entire AC and Heating system has been a nightmare to deal with since we bought our house. Nothing was done right. We've had multiple companies, independent as well as through our home warranty service, come out to try and fix our system. They were all a waste of money and I'd even say that some had no clue what they were dealing with. Vic on the other hand, is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work and customer service is his top priority. He did a thorough assessment and gave his recommendations on what we should do. Mind you, I say recommendation and not try to shove a sale down our throat. So how bad was our system before Vic @ Aire Serv? We had to relocate our furnace, redo almost all of our ducting with the proper size duct, replace the thermostat (mostly because I wanted a Nest lol) cleanup and more. The difference? For the first time in over a year (since we've lived here), our AC is actually cooling down the house without having to run for hours and hours. I could go on and on, but will end by saying we are extremely satisfied and most important of all for any customer, at the end we felt like we received outstanding service at a very very fair price. Do yourself a favor if you're even in need of this service and just talk to Vic over the phone.
