Nav is a nice teacher. I took a class with him, Yoga by the Lake. His voice is calm and perfect for teaching. I like the fact that he's humble; he thanked us for coming to the class, when it was a gift to us! I'm not new to Yoga, but I haven't been consistent with it. He told the class how to do modified moves, which was very helpful. He also ran a bell/bowl(?) And I had never seen that during a Yoga class before, but it was cool. I will probably take a class with him again.

Jessica is a fantastic trainer and instructor. She’s got a great balance between playful and professional that keeps you motivated without making you feel resentful. Her knowledge of both exercise and nutritional needs is impressive. I’ve worked with her both in a gym setting and a more relaxed home yoga setting, and I’ve loved my time at both. You will not regret choosing her.

Studio V is the best! Not just a gym, a warm and friendly environment full of amazing staff and clients where you can change your lifestyle to become more healthful in all aspects of your life. I started here 1 day a wk doing aerial stretch yoga then my fiancé and I set a date for our wedding- got the dress and it was WAY too small!! Started a bootcamp at studio V and since then I have been going 4-6 days a week and my dress had to be taken in!!! In fact as of yesterday I can officially say I wear a size 4!! I have never been even a 6 so I'm over the moon!! And I love that I did it the healthy way and I know I won't just pack the pounds back on because they have taught me a healthier lifestyle habit instead of just a diet! Thank you studio V!!!

I wanted to find a way to stay grounded and connected to who I am as a person and yoga is key to that. Based on his newly found love of the practice he enrolled in the teacher certification program at I AM YOGA Wellness and received his yoga teacher certification in March of 2015. He enjoys teaching various types of classes including Vinyasa as well as Hatha style. He likes to incorporate yin yoga into his classes that allows for students to get deeper into poses and to begin releasing deeper muscle tissues. This style of yoga is meant for all types of students to begin to access strength and build flexibility.
