Alex was great for our event! We had a women’s conference with over 100 women and we never once had to be concerned with the sound quality! It was so refreshing having a professional who knew what they were doing and was very attentive! We were able to focus on our event without worrying. Thank you Alex! Alex takes care of all of the Audio Engineering I need for my events. He is extremely responsive and reliable. Many of the musicians that have performed with his equipment have mentioned that he does a better job than any bar or venue they have performed at. Will be using again for future events!

Alex was amazing. He arrived on time, setup quickly, and was incredible all night. His equipment was excellent. He was responsive all night. Beware!.. I hired Alex for 1 hour of video, I got 15 minutes. I was promised the video would be ready in 3-4 weeks, it took 6-7 weeks, and when it was ready all I received was a link on my cell phone that neither I or Costco could use for a dvd. I asked Alex to make a dvd for me (that I would pay extra for), and he never responded back to me. Maybe video is not his thing. I would like to correct the last review I wrote as it seems my communication lines with Alex were crossed. Apparently Alex never received my request for a DVD and has one in the mail for me now as we speak. Also the 15 minutes of video is the completed edited version of the 1 hour tape. Alex handled this issue well & very quickly once he was made aware of the situation. Alex is true to his word, and I would highly recommend him.

My pricing is based on how many hours we estimate the work to be and it includes editing and final delivery.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet my costumers and discuss all aspects of the type of production that is needed. I also like to ask for samples of what the customer thinks their final images or video is going to look like and go on from there.
