- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to educate myself by utilizing specific tools of my trade and finding new methods to use them. For my running clients I do this by studying runners and by evaluating my program to make sure I am doing everything I can for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dedication to fitness and being fit was a natural progression to becoming a trainer I also decided to get into this line of work to help runners run faster and hopefully injury free.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My primary job is to help clients realize their goals by setting up a program that is progressive for their current level of fitness. For my running clients I do this by making them more efficient by analyzing their form and then making them stronger to be able to run faster.
