- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know couples have a budget and many things to consider. I'll put many hours into developing a ceremony I could never charge for all of my time. In that way it's a labor of love. My biggest payment is knowing I have given couples exactly what they wanted, a special day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have agreed that I will perform the ceremony and booked the date. I will get to know the couple through phone calls. We will also have a face to face meeting if couples desire. I will go over what they want for their ceremony. I will offer my guidance where it is needed. I can prepare as many as three samples for my couples to consider. If the couple knows exactly what they want word for word we will do that. The day is all about the couple. I will attend the rehearsal if needed and offer assistance when requested. Last and most importantly I'll sign the marriage certificate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm comfortable in talking in front of small to large groups.
