What is a boot camp class?

Nemezio is a great trainer! He has extensive knowledge of boxing, kickboxing, Jiu jitsu, wrestling, and other aspects of MMA. Moreover, he is a great teacher and is able to teach complex techniques in a way that is easy to understand. I have tried many Jiu jitsu and MMA classes and I have never had a trainer that was as supportive and encouraging is Nemezio. Through teaching me MMA and self defense, Nemezio has change my life.

Brandon is great. He's very professional and detailed in his training. He just doesn't teach certain techniques he also explains why everything he teaches is important and how it actually helps you box better. It's a real workout you will be drenched in sweat each time. He's patient and very knowledgeable I highly recommend him

Working with Brandon has been amazing. I'm very hard to pin down, but he was persistent yet professional. Since we've begun training the weight is just flying off. Brandon's boxing skills are next level and he is amazing at pushing you to your limits. We all need a push that's why we are working with a trainer. He is very conscientious of ailments or injuries and still finds a way to take you to that next level. Can't wait to keep working with him. Especially appreciate how punctual and prepared he is, as I never have much extra time.

So I’ve had 3 sessions with Brandon so far. It’s a struggle for me after spending roughly 10 years not doing pretty much any type of workout. What I love about Brandon is that he works with me at MY level, which I was very worried about. I also never tried boxing before, but he’s very patient with absolute beginners. The nice thing in general is that he knows when to push you to keep going, but when i need a break, I don’t feel like he judges me for it - and I need quite a few breaks every session so far. Overall, a great trainer and very helpful 😊 I I chose Brandon because he’s highly recommended and now I know that’s for a reason. I don’t know how to express in more words how great he is at helping me get in shape and enjoy doing it, but he is. Honestly, I thought after a session or 2 sessions maybe, I would just quit, like the last time I tried a personal trainer but surprisingly that’s the highlight of my day when I train with him. It’s also my least favorite part, but that’s how I know he’s pushing me to become stronger 😅

Michael is THE BEST! He is a one of kind personal trainer. He is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He understands the body, movement, and mobility. He has helped me heal shoulder and back issues that I have had for years. I feel stronger then ever have in the shortest amount of time. He is customizing my program to the races and fitness goals I have. It is unique exercises that never get boring. He mixes gymnastic rings, with body weight, with kettle bells, medicine ball, boxing and weights. Don’t think I can actually articulate how great he is! Also, when I travel he sets me up for success.
