Latest Review: I'm currently working with Eric to gain strength and flexibility (and improve my overall health). He has been great! I've been seeing him twice a week for about a month, and look forward to continuing training with him. A couple of things that I really appreciate about Eric and his training sessions: - He was courteous of my budget from the start and let me know what was realistic to do within my budget - He explains every exercise in detail (proper form, where you should feel muscles working, how a spotter would interact with the client). This is important for me, because being a girl and not growing up in a gym I had no clue where to even begin. So this is laying a good foundation for the long run even beyond our training sessions together. Also, it makes the client feel more comfortable when they know in advance where the spotter will be assisting at all times. - Eric is always on time. Even at 5:30 AM. He has a client before me at 4:30 AM and is there for that too. - He's been very kind and flexible when I have to travel for work and is willing to adjust the days that we meet so that I still get my two sessions a week in. - He is looking out for you in the long run. There are so many times that I feel discouraged because I can't quite complete a set or my form isn't right because I get tired. He is always quick to remind me that those things come in time as I build up strength. And it's true-- each time I can do a few more and do it better than before. He sets realistic goals and knows that things do not come over night and he wants you to realize that too. Overall, I'm really pleased with how things have been going. It's not a fast process for some of us, but since first beginning I have seen that I have improved in strength and that my body is shaping up. He's a great guy and knows what he is doing. I appreciate that he uses a style that incorporates basic weight lifting and body strength exercises, things that I could realistically do at home or a gym to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Latest Review: Although I had been a gym rat for years, age plus shoulder surgery and hip degeneration limited my activity and strength. Increasing pain in my hip and shoulder was draining me of my motivation to attack these issues on my own. I needed someone who could help and who I could trust to get my strength and flexibility back without me reinjuring myself doing incorrect workout techniques. Ryan developed a personal workout program to restore my flexibility and range of motion plus improve my overall body balance, strength and flexibility. My ability to sustain cardio levels while developing muscle strength restored my activity levels and removed my hip and shoulder pain. Ryan's program focused on pre and post stretching which, in my past, I ignored. The stretching allowed my body to adjust to his strengthening program which consisted of unique exercises. These exercises were never repeated. Therefore, I never got bored with his workout. In the 2-a-week sessions every workout was unique. The program was motivational. I looked forward to the workout sessions. I also began reevaluating my eating habits and overall food selection and consumption. I was motivated to become more active and could apply the techniques used in the workout to everyday practice: squat techniques when lifting objects, execute proper stretching while playing golf, using core muscles properly to perform everyday tasks without injuring or straining my back or shoulder. I highly recommend Ryan's method to every person whether they are young and doing body building or older (I was 68 when I began working with Ryan) and have a motivation to get healthier and stronger again.

Latest Review: Love working with my future trainer. She's excellent at scheduling workouts around my busy life, and the variety I get is far beyond what I was able to do on my own. This is really a great program if you want the accountability of a real person plus the convenience of being able to do workouts wherever. I can do workouts when traveling, at home, at the gym. They also customize the workout to the gear I have available, which makes it super easy. It's also great having an app to reach out to my trainer, rather than waiting for my weekly training session to ask questions. Megan's very punctual with responses, and very understanding with all my concerns. Overall this is an excellent service. Much recommended.

Latest Review: I've been working out with Mark for 6 1/2 years so I feel I can give a fair review. He wants to understand your goals and will tailor the workouts to meet your needs whether its weight loss, building strength, overall toning, or serious body building. One thing I like the most is every workout is different so you don't get stuck in a rut and your muscles don't adjust to the same repetitive motion. I have had some personal issues that have caused me not to be able to go as often and I miss my frequent and consistent sessions!!! It makes me feel great to feel stronger and fit!!

Latest Review: Jaybee has been training me for the powerlifting meet this coming June. I'm still new to this whole thing but I'm getting amazing help from Jaybee. Jaybee is very patient. He takes his time explaining and demonstrating how each move is correctly done and makes the appropriate adjustment to my form when needs correcting. Jaybee takes into consideration the certain movements I cannot physically do and modifies the workout that assist in the rehabilitation of my weakness. Overall, Jaybee is an enthusiastic and encouraging trainer. He makes me want to keep improving myself.
