- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Condos and Townhomes start at $320* and go up depending on square footage and if attached. Houses start at $420* and go up from there depending on square footage, pools/spa, additional buildings, ect. We can preform mold testing with any inspection and a sewer inspection as well, for an additional fee*. Provide we have the proper access for our equipment. Multi units, commercial and industrial buildings there are several factors to go off of and we would need more information from you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain what we do during the inspection process. What is being inspected and how. We always encourage our clients to be present during the inspection, as its their right and for their benefit as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do online training and monthly meetings for InterNACHI, ASHI, and CREA. Helps us stay up on new things developing in California and the US for buildings and safety. We complete a minimum of 30 hrs of continuing education yearly.
