- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been a personal assistant since 2005 and quickly feel in love with this line of work. I like that every day was different and it involved a lot of problem solving and creative thinking.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I commonly help clients with: managing their calendars and scheduling appointments; database building (eg. updating email or contact lists on your CRM); research on certain topics for blog posts; following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails); newsletters or others; entering data; manage and update Social Media Accounts.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communication is key! Together, we must have a clear understanding of what you want accomplished.
