We wanted a new panel installed for our solar, which was being installed on the opposite side of the current panel. I spoke with Brandy, and she quickly set up an appointment. Troy came out, did a quick inspection, and was able to start the job shortly after. The job ended up being more expansive than initially thought, because of the difficulties of working with PG&E. The original depth needed to trench seemed to get deeper and deeper every time PG&E came out to authorize the work that was completed was up to code. This caused H5 an additional three trips to my house to trench a line from the sidewalk to the side of my house. Some of this was cement, so it was very time consuming. Eventually, a new line was installed via conduit to the side of the house. There were a few employees working to get this job complete, and worked really hard to complete the job. The quality of work met our expectations. With H5 continually adjusting to PG&Es demands, I am very appreciative that they stuck with the process. The work is clean, and I will definitely use them again if I need any additional electrical work done.
