Working with Michael was a pleasure. I am not a hardcore athlete by any means- actually relatively out of shape (27m). We started with a phone call, where we went over my goals and current level. I was immediately comfortable with him over the telephone, and informed him I was really seeking his services primarily for mental health purposes, which he was very supportive of. My goal was not to get ripped or become a hardcore athlete. Michael gave me a free half-hour session where we went through some exercises at the park to see if I felt comfortable continuing with his services. He follows COVID protocols and makes sure that you are comfortable with his distance at all times. Michael wrote me a 3-day per week work-out routine which involved cardio and body weight exercises, and on the third day we would meet outside at a park and use his TRX band to do pulling exercises. Michael texted 1-3 times per week in order to check in and ensure that exercises were going well. I found Michael to be easy going and encouraging, while also paying attention to my feedback on days where I felt I simply could not push harder without getting sick. Michael never pretended to have expertise he didn't, and offered his advice where he did have expertise, which I appreciated. Also- he is a musician and will perhaps show you some music. He also lets you pick music if you're feeling something that day.

Michael is excellent! I trained with him for a month and he was so great at teaching me correct posture and helped me loose inches and gain strength fast. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer.

I have been working with Michael since January, and could not be happier. This is my first time working with a personal trainer, and I really feel as though I hit the PT jackpot. He tailored the perfect workout plan for me based on my recent back injury+personal fitness goals. I was super green when it came to properly working out, and Michael has been super supportive and patient with me every step of the way. It’s been 2 months, and I’m already seeing major results, physically+mentally. 5 stars all the way. Definitely choose Ubiquitous Fitness, you’ll be super stoked you did!

Michael will work with you to get to your goals. Stay the course and you will definitely see results. 2 months, 15 pounds down, some muscle put on. Well worth.
