Frank and team are excellent hands down. We're moving into a new place and wanted professionals to look over the property prior to our arrival. Thus far, there have not been any signs of rodent activity. I'm confident that if critters return the Rat Specialists will help stop the problem at the source. Speaking of which, they sealed our swiss cheese property from top to bottom (from the roof/attic to any problem areas inside, including the crawl space where they patched holes and applied mesh). Marlon really did the Lord's work by going underneath the house sealing every nook and cranny around the pipes. I truly appreciate the team. Hopefully I dont have to move again anytime soon, but if/when I do Frank and the Rat Specialists are coming with us! Thanks guys, cheers!
