She's wonderful! I haven't needed Math tutoring for any of my previous degrees (I have a B.A., Ed.M, and Ed.D), I'm an educator by training, and I have taught math before. So I wasn't sure what to expect, all I knew was I needed help brushing up on my math in anticipation of the new MBA program I'm going to be starting in the Fall. Finding the right tutor is critical so I interviewed/worked with a number of them before I finally decided to go with her. She was an excellent tutor. I felt like I learned a lot in our very first session and her approach to the material made it easy for me to understand. I understand that there have been some comments about language - I don't think that is an issue. She knows her stuff and if you listen to what she says your math will definitely improve. As a math teacher, educator, and now student I fully endorse her.

Rachel has tutored my two children in basic math, algebra and rooted in them booth the foundations they need to thrive.

Last year my daughter was in 10th grade and failed her Algebra 1 class. This semester Rachel tutored her and challenging math became much less difficult for her.
Rachel, patiently explained & opened up complicated topics for her and now she has a better understanding of her math class.

Rachel is the most incredible math tutor! With her help, I was able to bring my grade up from an F to a B. Rachel is a fantastic and brilliant math tutor. I hadn't taken a math class in about 23 years and wanted to pass my placement exam out of intermediate algebra to go directly into statistics. I knew I could recall a lot of the concepts if I had a good guide to help me quickly get an understanding. We met at various libraries for our sessions depending on where I was working on those days and times. She was patient, quickly understood without completely disregarding my seemingly far fetched goals, and helped me get through any challenging areas in a way that made it very clear. She has a way of making math "fun and sweet" like I had never previously realized it could be/is. I had 3 sessions with her (2 hrs, 3 hrs, 2 hrs) over the course of one week and passed my test by that Friday. When I started in my statistics class, I recommended her to anyone that was anticipating having any trouble with the class. If I have any trouble with math classes in the future, I know exactly who to call; she is the best! I'm so grateful to Rachel for her support and encouragement.
