- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate. The standard hourly rate for the designer is $100 - $150, while associates and assistants are billed at $50 - $75 per hour, respectively. Any applicable discounts or fees will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before the start of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your project goals, requirements, and budget. After that, we create a design plan based on your preferences. We present the design plan to you and incorporate your feedback through revisions until the final design is approved. Then we proceed with sourcing materials, purchasing, and overseeing the project implementation.

Our designers have extensive education and training in interior design. They have acquired the necessary knowledge and skills through formal education, industry experience, and continuous professional development.
