Josh is a kind of stealth trainer. He's so personable and positive that you almost don't realize that he's paying detailed attention to your form and progress. I've been with him a year now, and wanted to increase my strength, and I am dead lifting 80, legoressing 210 and so much more...and I should mention that I'm a regular 70 year old woman.
