Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

Rene is the best! She's confident in her work and really pays attention to how pilates can work for you. She's very caring, very sweet, and responsive to your needs and questions! I have a background in dance, acrobatics, and yoga, and after having taken pilates only twice I have gained much more body awareness with her privates! Definitely worth it.

Spencer is truly inspirational! Her patience, positivity and technique are admirable. I had a private lesson with her and left feeling energized and confident! My abs were tight for days afterwards. She had her entire heart in the routine she had set for me. I highly recommend Spencer as she sincerely cares about your progressiveness in Pilates. I cannot wait for my next lesson with her!

I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.

I love Jackie’s blend of Pilates, HIIT, strength training, low-impact cardio and other techniques. I’m seeing great results- much better tone, and more strength and stamina- and her positive attitude plus the variety in our workouts keep me motivated and energized. Brook is a fabulous Pilates instructor! I go to her Pilates Studio, 3-4 times a week, and I love her work outs so much that I drive in from the OC to do them. Her Studio is conveniently located in Downtown LA, by Staples Center and USC; it is easy to find and there is plenty of free parking. The Studio is very clean, well lit, ventilated and has an open feeling which gives you a zen like experience while you are working out. I primarily do the group reformer classes in the evening (the Studio offers a wide variety of classes and times); two of the classes which I attend are taught by Brook. She really knows her stuff, has a fun, vibrant personality and constantly mixes the work out up, so the classes are not boring and you feel like you are getting a different work out every time! The other two instructors, Maggie and Sara are also great! You should definetly try a Pilates workout at this Studio, you won't be disappointed and will achieve great results!!!

I hired Natalie after my doctor recommended I start a Pilates routine to lessen my chronic back pain. Natalie worked with me to find exercises that were appropriate for me as a beginner but also made them challenging enough to feel like my muscles were working. I can tell she really cares about my progress and the back pain I've been experiencing for three years is finally decreasing. Christine customizes each workout to focus on a particular pain or muscle tension issue while balancing the whole body for a balanced workout including a mix of yoga, core strength and barre techniques.

Michelle Ames is an amazing Pilates teacher. I have studied with her for two years and have significant improvement overall. My posture, balance, and muscle tone have all greatly improved. I started with trying private sessions with Libby and was very pleased with the specific attention she paid to my "trouble zones". After those sessions were up, I went to her group class in Venice (a more cost effective option if you don't need that much special attention). The class was small and didn't feel "corporate" like a lot of other pilates classes I've been to. It felt basically like the private but with a few other people there. Libby is very hands on and encouraging. I was sufficiently sore after class, but so much as to dread going back which was my main criteria. Highly recommended.

I've been with Pro Fitness Network for about 8 years now. I'm very happy with them. Before finding Pro Fitness I spent time at most every other fitness center in Pasadena. None of them compare. I take the Semi-Personal Training classes. It's a great combination of personal attention and price. I've also enjoyed their massage services, pilates, personal training and accupuncture.
