Leo is easy and a lot of fun to work with. He and his team does great work at a fair price. Many times throughout the project, I took his advice and the result is great. I trusted him because he’s always sharing what else he’s working on and what he’s done in the past. He and his team helped me installed dry wall, insulation, and laminate flooring and baseboards. They also textured the wall and painted the baseboards and now you can’t tell anything happened! This all took about a week. While the results are great, what I will remember most is working with Leo. He’s a responsive, fair and fun guy. If you’ve got a project, you should at least show Leo and let him give you a quote!

Shubin building came to my rescue at the last minute and I cannot Thank them enough! The first thing is the work got done exactly as they said it would. The craftsmanship on the gates they put in for me are perfect. Everything is so level/straight that it makes me smile every time I look at the gates. I really don't think we find that quality of work these days. I have 2 big dogs and they worked with me on that. The advice I got with what type of wood/polls and style was right on for my house. I did not have my husband home at the time to help me with the decisions I needed to make and Leo was great at understanding and guiding me in the right direction without breaking the bank. I would hire Shubin again and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

Leo and his team are incredible! I really appreciate their professionalism, focus on our needs and quality of work. Hands down this was one the most positive experiences I have had with a contractor. We will definitely be looking to work with them again in the near future.
