- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes sessions. The more a Client comes in to see me the cost per session is less, than if the Client is coming once a week. For example a 60 min session once a week is $25, a Client coming in 3 times a week is paying $15 a session. A Client who is coming every day is paying $11 a session. So I would like for my clients to come in often, it will speed up the process of getting to the goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, it is mostly Q/A to see their fitness level. Depending on the fitness level will allow me to set forward the training activities we will be doing. Always slow at first to see how their bodies react.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I get re-certified every two years for personal training. I am always looking up exercises and nutrition plans monthly. And I have kinesiology degree from California state university of Fullerton.
