- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job and clients' needs are different, so we ask for pictures and videos of the workspace along with a description of what needs to be done so we can provide an accurate estimate. Our prices range depending on the amount of work and the type of work that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always ask if they have used services like ours before so that we can familiarize them with the expectations and budget. We ask for as many pictures and videos as possible and we do our best to work with your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in finance and accounting, so I understand budgeting, expenses, and quoting pretty well. I have worked in property maintenance for 6 years now and I am always working with more experienced people to constantly learn and get better at what I do.
