Three Little Birds Event Planning is spectacular!!! In fact, my husband and I cant imagine our wedding day without Jessica Smith and her fabulous partner Dustin! We were blessed to have Jessica as our Day Of Coordinator for our June 14th wedding this year! From our very first meeting we knew that she was the perfect person to have in our corner. Shes amazingly detailed and highly creative. Her experience and ideas helped to make our general plan very specific and workable. And, she made sure every detail of what we wanted was executed perfectly. She even helped with our flowers making my very beautiful bridal bouquet. We had a an amazing venue, but having to bring everything we definitely had some logistical challenges Guests had to be shuttled to the site, and we had to changeover our room from ceremony to reception within an hour. Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch! Through the rehearsal, all of the vendor deliveries, the setup and breakdown, the coordination of our activities, interfacing with the wedding party and all of our wedding participants and guests Jessica and her Three Little Birds were superb! I highly recommend her services! She makes magic! We loved working with her and I imagine that anyone else who works with her will love her too!
San Francisco City Hall for a wedding reception has many rules and regulations as it is a government building and requires a lot of security and supervision. In addition to that, there isn't a kitchen on site so a tent is required as well as all rental equipment. Chef Mark and his group truly went above and beyond for our event. My husband does not like seafood at all but after our tasting, he was so impressed with the fish that he even considered having the fish as his entree for our wedding. Our guests were so impressed by our appetizers and dinner. We were assured restaurant quality and I wasn't surprised when all of our guests complimented us on how delicious the food was. It was catered specifically to us and Chef Mark and Roy spent time with us discussing what we would like for ourselves and our guests. Everything was tailored specifically to our celebration and that is truly a representation of us for the night. It was more than we could have asked for. We can't thank you enough for this. My initial concern was that Mark Kearney's Group is based from LA whereas our wedding in San Francisco but the communication was always frequent and Roy was very responsive and caring about our concerns. From start to finish they always assured us that they truly wanted to make sure our special night went without any concerns and they were on our side. Our event did not go without any bumps and when I found out from our wedding coordinator that a broken stove was delivered, I just couldn't believe that Chef Mark and his crew was able to deliver such wonderful meals to our guests under such a stressful situation. It's not the events that go flawlessly that are impressive but the ones that have a lot of obstacles that are impressive. I had absolutely no idea the kind of stress that must have been involved and our coordinator only told us afterwards so we had no idea on the day of. It is truly a mark of their professionalism. The thing is, I was already so impressed with all the other details that Chef Mark went out of his way to take care of for us. He made sure that a bottle of champagne was saved for us. When appetizers came around he specifically made sure my favorite came to me directly. When he flew up for our walk through, he took the time to take a picture of my husband and me because he was excited for us. We never requested any of these, but he just did them because he cares. His execution of the night was perfect as far as I am concerned and did not go unnoticed by ALL of our other vendors. EVERYONE was very impressed and I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for him and Roy and the rest of their team. You guys are amazing and we can't thank you enough!! We love you!
Omg the wedding planner and decorator sent from the Gods!! A bit dramatic for me to say, i know, but Nicole saved me! I tried to plan my own wedding, even got my mom involved and that took a turn for the worse. Nicole met with us, spoiled us with cold champagne, we talked about every detail and it she hit the ground running. It was amazing to see her level of expertise and decisiveness. So happy she could plan and decorate my wedding so magnificently ! You are an angel and I recommend Nicole and her fun team to anyone who is looking for a planner or designer. E&M Designs run an event planning service and I hired them to provide the flowers and cake at my wedding. Working with them was very easy, they were available via text, phone and email and responses were prompt. I chose them because I was on a very tight budget and they gave me a significantly lower quote than any other vendors I contacted - for the level of service they provide I thought the price exceptionally reasonable! The flowers were delivered in great condition and looked exactly as discussed; however the highlight was the cake. Eimee made me a 3 tier lemon wedding cake that was both beautiful and delicious! All of my guests said it was the best cake they've ever had - moist, delicious, and with amazing frosting!
Simply amazing!!! Everything about our experience with Bellissimo's Flowers was outstanding!! Georgia took a simple idea and brought it to life. The flowers were exquisite!! The care she took in first consulting with us and then in seeing to every little detail was just incredible. The price was great!! The attention to detail was even better. LexiLou Events is a top notch special event company. They are very professional and were attentive to every detail. From the planning, to the final day, they made us feel special. We had a reception here at our home in honor of friends wedding. Stuart was highly recommended by a restaurant owner to do our catering. His professionalism was excellent. Prices and menu selection was within our budget and tastebuds. Setup and clean up was efficient and quiet. Stuart worked with the direction I wanted to go and was helpful with his suggestions to have something for all our guests tastebuds. Our party was a big success because of Who's Hungry!!!!
We were so happy to have Silver Service Events for the reception dinner for our wedding celebration! From the tasting, Jerry has shown very professional and serious attitude on the business. He is nice, very responsive in a timely manner. Everytime we asked a question he would reply in less than one day. What's more, he volunteer to check for other details for our wedding planning even though we just hired them for catering and planned by ourselves remotely(we are planning a wedding from east coast while the wedding is on west coast.) The wedding day turned out perfect:) The servers are nice. They are friendly to the guests. I especially like them to check with us on our menu as bride and groom. The bartenders are quick and we can bring BYO. Besides, they helped setup and breakdown. What's more, the price was so satisfied. We really feel so lucky to have Silver Service Events in our once a life wedding and strongly recommend booking them without worries.

We used Side by Side Design for my daughter's wedding reception. Tami and Lauren did an outstanding job of preparation for the event and throughout the evening managing our guests,buffet table, and candy bar.They are extremely creative and find a solution to any venue challenge that may arise. Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. Gina Garrett is an event planning genius!! After working with Gina on my own events and attending others she has planned for friends and associates, I cannot imagine working with anyone else. I refuse to work with anyone else. She can handle small parties for 25 people or formal events for 800. I have seen Gina convert an empty warehouse into a dreamy and sparkling evening gala for 500 people that somehow was beautiful and grand, but also provided nooks and lounges for more intimate conversation. The wedding that she planned for a friend was equally impressive. Gina translated the bride’s Pinterest ideas and limited budget into a stunning outdoor wedding - the bride was in joyful tears because every detail of her wedding day exceeded her wildest dreams. That’s what Gina does – she takes the ideas and dreams of the client, and turns them into reality. She handles every challenge and demand with professionalism and promptly, and will keep the client updated on progress and issues. This was hands down, the BEST floral company I could have chosen for my wedding back in October! Rachel was so pleasant, helpful, and knows exactly what she is talking about. I am not very knowledgeable about flowers, but having Rachel take charge (after giving her my initial vision) made planning my wedding so much easier. I spoke with many florists prior to finding Rachel but wasn't 100% sold on any of them. The first time I spoke to Rachel over the phone, I got the best vibe from her. I'm so happy I was patient and chose the right florist! Rachel was extremely responsive during the planning process, and I never had to "track her down." She had great ideas and I felt comfortable saying whether I liked them or maybe preferred something else (which was rare). And lastly, on the day of the wedding, she didn't just drop off the arrangements and take off. She spent time arranging all of the centerpieces, the arch, and the petals that were along the aisle. D'vine Floral and Sweet Treats...one word AMAZING!! They created exactly what I wanted. They are organized and professional to work with. I wanted my wedding to be simple and elegant with a hint of rose gold and they achieved that. The ceremony decor is what really blew me away. Since we were getting married in technically the Los Angeles Forrest I wanted to play up the nature that was around us. My florist came up with the idea to make an arch on the tree we were getting married under. The arch came out PERFECT. It was an illusion that the beautiful pink roses were growing out of the tree. We ended up renting our sweetheart table and chairs from them which they custom made for us. The dessert bar was the hit of the party. Not only was it delicious and the guest loved snacking on the treats, it was also beautifully decorated to match my theme. The centerpieces were also gorgeous exactly what I wanted!! My bouquet was absolutely beautiful so much so I ended up drying it so I could look at it forever. Everything turned out so amazing and I could not have asked for a better team!!!
Jane helped me with some of my bridesmaids party favors as well as some decor and invitations for my wedding. And of course she was the sweetest person to have around to help so by default we invited her to the wedding to share our special day!! If I could recommend ANYONE, it's Jane!! She was a jack of all trades and we got so many different aspects of the wedding knocked out for ONE PRICE❤️
